14 Exhibitors: $1,200 per company
- Admits 2 representatives per company for entire conference
- 6ft draped table & 2 chairs
- Exhibitors will be allowed to set up tables as early as 12 noon on Wednesday 8/21/24
- Industry Panel Discussions begin Wednesday and Conference Attendees will start checking in and passing exhibitors at 1pm on 8/21/24
- Exhibitor tables will be set up in the foyers outside of the ballrooms and Exhibitors will see Conference Attendees at exhibitor booths much more this year:
- Industry Panel Discussions from 1-5 pm on Wednesday, 8/21/24
- Cocktail Social 5-6 pm on 8/21/24 will take place around the exhibitors booths
- Breakfast & Registration 8:00-8:45 on Thursday, 8/22/24
- Morning Break
- Lunch with Exhibitors/Attendees 12-1 pm
- Exhibitors will be allowed to do drawing giveaways as per usual when CE resumes after lunch
- Afternoon Break on Thursday 8/22 will be the last round that conference attendees will see exhibitors

Professional Affiliate: $250 per person
- An affiliate is defined as a housing/ mortgage / title / insurance industry professional that does not work for a bank, credit union or independent mortgage banker and does not hold a license to originate mortgage loans in the state of Louisiana.
