Exhibitor Tables

Exhibitor tables will be available starting at Noon on Wednesday, August 21st. Trade Show tables can remain set up through the breakfast, lunch and last break on Thursday, August 22nd, at 3:30 pm.

L’auberge Hotel Shipping Information

In the event Group will be shipping packages to Property, Group must notify the Sales Department at least one week in advance to obtain proper shipping requirements. Packages must be delivered to Property two (2) business days prior to the start of the Event. Items that require a large amount of storage space or arrive more than two (2) business days prior to the start of the event will be subject to additional holding and storage fees. Property accepts no responsibility or liability for the delivery, security or condition of the packages. When scheduling returning freight, please contact Brent.Bennett@pennentertainment.com to schedule freight pick up from the event center. All scheduled returns to vendor must be scheduled 48 hours after the event.
